Instructions
  1. Peel the squash and carrot, cube both to preferred size.
  2. Heat sausages in a pan, when evenly browned chop into chunks.
  3. Dice the olives.
  4. Add the squash, carrot, olives and carrot to the slow cooker.
  5. Add the tin of chopped tomatoes, passata and tomato puree into the slow cooker.
  6. Add the oregano and parsley and stir all ingredients together.
  7. Heat on medium for 5 – 6 hours.
  8. Add the spinach around 30 minutes before serving.
  9. Add the black pepper to taste.
