Homemade Cheesy Sausage Rolls
if using sausages, remove the skin.

Preheat the oven to 220 degrees.
Add sausage meat to a bowl, if using sausages remove the skin.
Add worcester sauce, parsley and black pepper and mix together thoroughly.
Roll out pastry until it’s around half a centimetre thick. slice into three equal strips.
Spread a generous helping on Branston pickle over each strip of pastry, then sprinkle the cheese over the pickle.
Roll the sausage meat between your hands and place in a line, the full length of each strip of pastry.
Brush the edge of each strip of pastry with beaten egg. Fold the pastry and press down onto the egg until secure.
Score marks into the top of each roll with a sharp knife.
Brush each roll with beaten egg.
Finally, cut each roll in half to make six rolls. Place on a baking tray and place them in a preheated oven. Bake for around 40 minutes.
