Jalapeno & Olive Bread
Rustic jalapeno and olive bread, perfect for the winter months.

Instructions
  1. Add the flour and yeast to a large bowl, mix well.
  2. Mix in the chopped olives and jalapenos.
  3. Make a well in the centre of the mixture, add the oil and water.
  4. Mix with a fork until the mixture becomes sticky,
  5. Sieve more bread flour onto the work surface. Remove the dough from the bowl and knead for around ten minutes.
  6. Put the dough back into the bowl, cover with a clean towel and leave in a warm area for 45-60 minutes.
  7. Preheat the oven to 210 degrees celsius and prepare a baking tray with oil or parchment.
  8. When sufficiently risen, knock the dough back by folding it in on itself, until all air is removed.
  9. Put back in the bowl and leave again for another 45-60 minutes.
  10. When fully risen transfer the dough to the baking tray and bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
