Syn Free Red Pepper Hummous
A completely syn free hummous, which is also packed with speed foods.

  1. Chop the red pepper and remove the seeds. Place on a baking tray, spray with frylight and roast until soft.
  2. Once the pepper is ready, add all the other ingredients to a food processor and whizz until it forms a smooth paste.
  3. If the mixture seems to thick, add a little water until the right consistency is achieved.
  4. Chop the carrots into snackable sticks and get dipping!
